Someone, please, dear god explain to me what this means. That girl said it with such conviction and the line makes no sense yet it is hilarious.

I think it was supposed to mean that she's a New Yorker so A.) she's fearless in the face of possible road ragers, B.) she had a total disreguard for people and their automobiles when they interfer with her social plans, or C.) she's just plain crazy.

It was difficult for me to watch this episode without picturing them in their underware. They were much nicer half naked ;)
