Got back from the union just after midnight. We went to see a film called Mean Creek. Eerie and totally worth while. Beautiful setting and more beautiful soundtrack. Dangerous story. Next week, I'm going to go see My Summer of Love (at last!) and Narnia. We're also going to sit down and watch Love, Actually because I'm told it will inject me with Christmas spirit. Or something.

Sometime during this week I should receive: postcards, my microphone (wheee!) and crouchingmajor's Christmas present. Hehe.

1. My username is delgaserasca after a Mary Sue I had for the Rommie fandom. I never wrote the fic, and never wrote the character but what's left of her deformed blue self is in this journal.
2. My journal is titled marginalia because I love the word and because I like the idea of being peripheral. Also, obsequious parentheses means less than what I would have liked it to have meant. (Amusingly, my lj is listed in my favourites as "deceit". This is because the first title I had for the journal was "All else would be deceit". However, it is frighteningly telling, no?)
3. My subtitle is life as an aside which was a refence to the previous lj title, but works well now because margins are on the side.
4. My friends page is called semi-colons because that's my favourite punctuation mark. Yes, I have a favourite punctuation mark. They're underused, misused and abused, just like my flist, poor lot. And they're sophisticated. Make of that what you will :p
5. My default userpic is currently Navi Rawat because it matches my header. That's a bit boring, eh?
