I just realised, it's Thanksgiving or something. So the USA-ers have a holiday.

Hey no worries about it. Things didn't work out, maybe the Spooks community just isn't the right sort for that sort of thing.

As to how I feel, I have a shitty cold and things aren't exactly peachy. But the world isn't ending, so things will start to look up soon I'm sure.

Yeh, I'm bunkering down for a long fight against any form of infetion. in all likelihood, this means I'll have a cold next week.

Maybe you could try a free-for-all like at femslash100? A new theme every week, everyone produces something for that theme. No voting. Just produce as much work as we can. Some weeks will be quieter than others but everyone can play. Every fifth challenge can be a round-up (contributions from any of the past four themes).

It might require a tad more moderating but I can help out if you need me too. Just a thought.

It's a neat idea. As you say it would require more moderation though and I'm not convinced I've got the time at the moment. But if you and maybe someone else wanted to lend a hand... I'll put some thought into it.

I hate colds. I am pre-empting mine with warm clothes, hot food and emergency meds.

I didn't know you were an equestrian! I'm not but the area I come from, there are a lot of farming peoples so lots of horse riders. Awesome.

I board them at a barn near my house, and in the winter I move them to my aunt's farm for a vacation, and so they can run and be wild and be real horses for a few months.

I shipped my old three there yesterday... the horse I bought this week is staying with me for the winter so I can train him.
