So, The Dad called yesterday and told me that the laptop has arrived! So, in a maddening turn of events, I'm going home this weekeend to pick it up (and have some real food). Yay! I need to book teh train tickets today and check that the buses can get me to the station in time. Then I need to get a map of the London Underground because I do not want a repeat performance of the fiasco that occured the first time The Mother and travelled to Soton. This basically means that next week, I should be back to my usual schedule!

OK, off to post some fics now. 2 Spooks, 2 ER and 1 Other Fandom. :)

ETA: Have been listening to James blunt's album and now am oh-so in love with it. Also - shock!!! - Dermot o'Leary played Deathcab on. the. radio. This has never happened before. Ever. And Tori Amos! This week's been full of surprises like that.

OK, off to book train tickets now and get a job application form thing. And then back to halls so that I can pack stuffs that need returning to The Flatlands.
