Um, YES. I watched it twice today, once with commentary, and once without. Picspam is upcoming, but really I want to write a tres long post on a) how Brendan doesn't fit the usual noir rules; b) how cruel Laura is, and how horrible it is that she appears in Brendan's life when she does (and how important the timing is); and c) whether or not Brain knows that Emily is dead until after the end of the film.
