I have a driving lesson in fifteen minutes. To kill the time, I'm watching Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow. Guys: I LOVE MICHAEL MCINTYRE OMG. He's hilarious. But this week's episode featured a woman I have never heard of before, and my god, she was brilliant! So funny! Anyone else heard of Sarah Millican?

I much preferred her to the scary guy who came on afterwards, ugh. The Liverpudlian comedian was pretty funny, though. "Well, that was the punchline, yes. Obviously I didn't realise this was a double act." GREAT.

Mostly, though, I love Michael McIntyre dancing around the stage and being amused at all the ridiculousness our wee country possesses. TOO TRUE, SIRRAH.

In other news, I woke at 5am on the dot and then wanted to kill every crow in a five-mile radius of my location. Oh god, I am never going to get enough sleep.

I understand you so well...A while ago I woke up and it took me about 5 minutes to figure out that that strange constant 'Drk'-noise wasn't my alarm-clock but a bird outside...

And I live in The Fen/the countryside! THERE ARE ALWAYS BIRDS! Normally you protest in a non-verbal way, roll over, go to sleep. But those damn crows, my god.

In other news, omg, I got your postcard about a week a go and keep forgetting to say: eeeeeee, thank you! Am trying to decide which wall to tack it to because such things are important. I have written yours, but I fail at basic stamp procurement. BUT IT IS FORTHCOMING.

I don't even remember what McIntyre did during the first bit of the show but I know he had me crying with laughter within the first ten minutes. LOVE HIM. And yesss Sarah Millican was brill. And guy from Liverpool! "My kids are posh kids. My kids are the kids I used to throw stones at."
