I am about 15 minutes into this week's NCIS and it is one of the most delightful things I have encountered this year. Tobias Fornell! Jaime Murray! OTHER THINGS!

I do keep meaning to make longer, more meaningful entries, but it's not really happening. Mostly because my android app doesn't have a save draft feature and I keep losing my entries on it and then not being able to summon the patience required to type it in again.

In short, my day was pretty good despite missing the direct train by seconds. I think it's because even though my workload was insane, I knew what I was doing and it was very easy to get things done. At around 11am the senior dumped 42 new cases on my desk, a third of which I got done by the end of the day. I would have finished more except I had a review session with the tech trainers to make sure I knew the software properly. Tomorrow is more of the same, except my productivity will be interrupted by my line manager instead. Oh well.

To conclude: I have to change my password once a month and my new one makes me laugh every time. Too bad I can't tell anyone what it is.

As a grad assistant I got to create the passwords for the special email account the prof I worked for used for his project and I always cracked myself up because I always made it something seemingly innocuous but that was silly and fannish to me.

Giggling while entering your password is always a good way to start the day. Glad you're getting busy - it's the best way to deal with a boring workday!
