Guys! I'm knackered! (Discussion is still ongoing. Feel free to reply to other people's comments.) The rule, naturally, is don't make reactionary posts if you can't handle the fallout. But I don't know. People are talking, and everyone is contributing which, ironically, makes this the nicer half of fandom.

Suffice it to say, there'll be another post when I've had time to think about it more. There's also going to be (yet another) post on NCIS, 4x01, Shalom because I watched it with The Family yesterday and realised that I must have been overly distracted by the joy that is Mike Franks because there is some VITAL Ari canon flung about in the middle there (not to mention Ziva gets holed up in Gibbs' basement which has got to be emotionally wracking - how did I miss that before?!)

What awaits me the rest of this ridiculously hot day? Answer: ironing, laundry to be folded, and a stitch picker because the hem has come off The Mother's sari. Also, hopefully some Homicide or some X-Files, huzzah. And lucky, lucky y'all: some poetry \o/
