Last night T and I watched the latest SVU - the one with Robin Williams? Suffice it to say that we spent most of the episode being all, "...what?" Well, no, admittedly T spent most of the episode being all, "JUST SHOOT HIM" but other than that we weren't overly impressed. I felt like it should have been an episode of Criminal Intent, which would have improved it by scores.

Well, I read this thing somewhere which said that a degree (especially a lit degree) prepares you to talk adequately about a topic you know nothing about. In the case of lit, I can talk with authority about books I've never read.

I completely agree with you. As far as an SVU episode, it wasn't that great. I expected more out of an episode with Robin Williams as a guest star. Now, imagine how much more interesting it would've have been if it was CI. ;)
