Aie. Things what need doing before I head back to Soton:

1. Experiments in Writing assignment (2k, html coding)
   
2. 19th Cent. Poetry reading
   
3. Read Shelley's Prometheus Unbound
   
4. Make notes on Borges' House of Asterion
   
5. Buy Semester 2 books

As ever, I have left this all until the last week of break. Sarky yayarms.

I have run out of Wire in the Blood to watch which makes me woeful, but have turned to Murphy's Law, the first season of which I never saw. Carter is making me laugh a lot with his uptightness, but I don't really know what to make of this Annie character, especially considering I know what happens to her at the end of the series.

My life is otherwise boring. People don't bother waking me up anymore so I broke my own rule today and woke up post-midday. This means that in two hours, daylight will disappear, and I'll have lost another bloody day.

Am still trying to get out of the house for New Year's. Normally I stay at home and treat it like another day, but I really, really don't want to be here on New Year's Day. Will have to text around and see what's going on.
