I totally just posted 6,100 words worth of Numb3rs fic. That's not a lot compared to some of you prolific writerly types and yet I feel somewhat accomplished right now. Mostly because the coding was a bitch.

It was GREAT. I substitute taught for my friend. And it never fails--the students always confide to me that they don't entirely understand how to execute some (often *key*) moves, and they just pretend like they know so as not to interrupt class when my friend is teaching. So, whenever I teach, it’s not as strenuous a workout as usual because I spend a lot of time talking things through, but it makes me feel better to know that the students leave with an improved grasp of certain moves. :)
