For those of you that know/care, Nita got engaged last night. She's coming over for Navratri this year, not Diwali; the wedding date s yet to be confirmed but will probably be around April 2008.

My cousin was here last night; she left this morning for Leeds (man, various portions of my family are into Heroes hardcore). Before she arrived, I spent most of the evening sorting out tags at various comms. Earlier in the day, the cafe-meet went quickly and painlessly.

Today I have to go and stand in the shop for a few hours. My parents are expecting an accountant or something. Whatever. That's however many hours of work and still no pay slip.

Life was intensely GOOD for a pilot that I was initially dubious about. (As it turns out, I know nearly all the cast from previous roles. Huzz!) That scene when they go to get the nine-fingered druggie? I THINK I'M A LITTLE IN LOVE WITH THAT ENTIRE SCENE. I'm also amused by his gimmicky quirks because, yes, gimmicky, but also endearing. (ALSO, IT'S A VERY, VERY PRETTY SHOW.) !!!

The engagement is for the yay so far as I know. Nita's a friend of mine who lives in Canada now. She knows some of my flist.
