Mars starts using animal products. This is actually useful for me, and also effects me very, very little. Still, it's an interesting move that I can't quite figure out. I love the response of The Vegetarian Society (I'm amused by the very exisistence of a Vegetarian Society) because seriously, like there aren't more chocolates in the world. For example: anything and everything by Cadbury's. Stop bitching, yo.

Yeah, but... on the Radio 2 news at lunchtime I heard they'd now backed down and aren't going to do it after getting thousands of complaints from vegetarians :)

Well, speaking as a vegetarian: whatever. Seriously, it was an odd move on Masterfoods' part but on the whole, there ae worse things they could do. If the argument is cruelty against animals, mine is that renet leaves little to waste. I don't know. It just seems daft to me to be so upset about something like this.
