Went out; ended up at a hotel bar then traipsed back to mate's house where we talked an watched some of the others play poker. I think it says a lot about the people I went to secondary with that at one time there were conversations on Little Britain, Byron's bipolar depression, a trip to India and effective weight loss tips at the same time. It was so good that we're meeting up in B. tomorrow to do something similar. I didn't even drink.

The Sister, The Sister's Friend and The Mother are all downstairs watching The Mummy Returns. Yes, it's past midnight. Yes, the movie just began. The Sister and her friend went to see Premonition today then came home and watched old school Charmed. Oh boy.

I have watched that first Gibbs&Mann scene an inordinate number of times now. It still gives me a happy glow. !

edit: I think the thing that I like best about it, other than that sneaky kiss and the fact that she's totally joshing him, is the following exchange:

Hollis: Anyone ever tell you you've got a cute butt? [Gibbs misses] I'm sorry, did I just ruin your concentration, Jethro?
Jethro: No, it was a lousy pitch. *gestures* [Meisha: *dies*]
Hollis: It happens. But you still haven't answered my question. [Meisha: *is more dead*]
