Woke up randomly feeling all *vigorous hand-waving motions* Seriously. I think I'm in shock over waking before midday. Also: it's what most of you would call the finals period, so I'm freaking out. Sometimes I wonder why I'm being educated when I can't even write essays anymore. Anyway, heading out to the library fter 9am and trying to get real work done today.

Woke up listening to the new one by Simon Webb. Hot damn, I'm impressed. That song made me open my eyes and pay attention. Will have to find that.

Still NOT talking about Atlantis; will be watching Stargate later today. Actually I will say one thing about Atlantis. The whole thing would be clearer to me if Torri Higginson would come out and talk about the decision to make her recurring. I really don't give a shit whether or not Amanda Tapping is on Atlantis, but I care about Torri and Weir. But I could have an ctual position if I knew whether or not the move to make her recurring had something to do with Torri and not just TPTB. Aaaaand no more talking about that, now.

To conclude: The Fug Girls totally came through. It has been beautiful. Also: GIP.

edit: I cannot fucking win in this house, I swear. TW, Queen of the Passive Aggressive, knocks on my door just as I'm about to go to sleep to let me know that she is going to go to sleep. Or rather, just to slip it into conversation so that I know she is going to go to sleep and so that I think to myself, "Oh, TW is asleep. I should shut the fuck up". Whatever, it's a valid point and I was going to sleep anyway. Had to get up early this morning, so I set my alarm clock. My clock happens to run six minutes fast, so it actually went off at 6.55am. "M, can you turn your radio down?" For one thing, after the 7 o'clock news, I turned it down anyway, and for another, her alarm clock goes off every term day at the same fucking time. So do not tell me that it went off at 6.30am, or that it's done you any great injury. You've had the same amount, if not MORE, sleep than I've had.

I know, it's completely insane. The only way I could be possibly okay with it is if Torri Higginson asked for reduced hours. But no-one is saying anything, so I'm just mad, lol.

Dude, I would totally be okay with that too! I heard something somewhere (it may have been someone on LJ saying something they thought could have happened) but there was something about her wanting to do other projects as well. She has two independent films coming out, both which sound awesome, and I'm even more excited to see those, just because she's doing something completely different and branching out from her day job. Which I love. Elizabeth Weir needs to negotiate more, which would help her character. I'd sob if TPTB wanted her out, but I'd cheer if Torri wanted out.

simon webbe, the singles hes done are great like coming around and grace, but the rest of the album is pop/r&b-ish, which isnt as great, but still worth a listen.

Ohmigod, those actors must be under strict Will-Be-Fired-If-Let-Out-Info rules because even Paul McGillion wouldn't say anything really! Damnit! I hate that so terribly much. Why can't she just come out and saaay whether or not she'd be in the show! I really hate Sam just because she has no personality, but also, she is SG-1, not Atlantis. If she is there, fine, I'll deal with it, but I'm not fine with practically no Weir. Just my two cents.
