So, the wireless is now fixed on my laptop so I can use that again. it's been fixed for about a day now but I've been having some homecoming-related LJ apathy. Went to BGS today and saw Stephen and Wendy, as well as a troop of other people. It was really good. It helps that I'm dressed well today, even if I do say so myself, heh.

Spent last night making Christmas cards - glitter-glue pens and foil stars! Going to spend the afternoon writing up notes and watching everything I couldn't be asked to watch last week. There's new Atlantis, isn't there? Crap.

But, wow, watched the Dexter finale. I'm kinda annoyed at myself because the Rudy = Dexter's brother thing actually occured to me some time during his original introduction as the killer. Other than that, amazing episode, as always. And Dexter killing him in a parody of his own work was a disturbingly apt twist. Wtf with the ending, though? Was that real, imagined, what? Mondo confused here.

Also, the Nelly Furtado song is still good but not as awesome as that second verse. The cuts in the music are awesome, seriously. travelling I [.] only stop at exits / wondering if I'll stay [.] young and restless. It's actually a deathly song - the dogs were whistling a new tune, barking at the new moon, hoping it would come soon so that they could die. How joyful.
