I love Ulysses but it makes my head hurt. Most of section 14 is incomprehensible. It's taken me three hours to read 50-or-pages of...I don't even know. Dedalus and Bloom are at the hospital for Mrs Purefoy's baby and all these people are drunk and it's just bizarre. My head hurts. I'm going to leave the rest of my reading for tomorrow because that was just ridiculous.

In other news: nothing. Seriously, absolutely nothing. I'm going to hang up my laundry to dry now and then indulge in an evening of fandom because it's pretty much the only thing I can think of wanting to do. No, wait, first I have to finish a long-awaited beta job (I'm so sorry binglexjells - I'm doing it tonight, I absolutely promise) and then I can do everything else.
