ETA: No, okay, I get that this is The Story of Sorkin & Schlamme but! But I like it. It was so blatantly Sorkinese, and felt comfortable. It was fast enough for me to not notice (at the time) that Sports Night is probably better; it was nuanced enough for me to distinguish it from The West Wing. Mostly I was just glad to see people like Judd freakin' Hirsch and Matt Perry and Timothy Busfield and Bradly Whitford all together. Together! It was just cool.
Why yes, I do now have a yen to go back and watch the first two seasons of The West Wing.
