{ CSI: NY, 2x23, Heroes }
May. 14th, 2006 03:09 pmBones...ach, I've seen that storyline too much. That being said, loved Booth and loved whatshisface Hodgins(?) And loved Zack yammering on over Angela and said whatsisface.
When Hawkes was making that composite of her face I could just feel the dread building in my gut. After all the anticipation from other people, I knew what was coming and god, how awful. I get why that happened now and not earlier (Ferlito had agreed to do extra episodes but with her news series filming in NY she didn't need ties to other ones) but that doesn't make it smart any less.
Can I just say how gorgeous Ferlito is? Because it bears repeating over and over and over.
In other news, I felt for Lindsay in this episode, the sense of being on the outside. I hope that's resolved soon. It's time for the team - and fandom - to move on. Other things that touched me: Mac, Danny and Stella, Hawkes little bite of anger, Danny's story at the end. The story with the Marine has me itching to write a fic where Mac and Gibbs (NCIS) meet up somewhere unrelated to either of their jobs.
NY is good with the personal stories, they're kinda the point. I love this show. I do not love CSI: Miami at all. The ship is dead; Horatio is a complete idiot. He just randomly blurts out that he and Marisol (who is so very pretty and likeable) are getting married? Eric has become so much more interesting since I stopped watching which is a shame because if he had been interesting back then I probably would have kept watching.
In other CSI-fandom news, Jorja Fox is as pretty as pretty can be and in Rashomama I remembered why I love Sara Sidle so damn much. Off to watch more CSI now.
ETA:
binglexjells? You can send me that fic now :)
