So, I think that's the fastest I've ever run through a fandom. Two weeks, two seasons of NCIS. I'll watch season 3 (lia_van_helsing has me wanting to check out Ziva David) but I'm not going to slog through more irritability. I don't need that. Even if Mark Harmon is damn attractive for his age. Which he totally is (TWW, yo!)

I hope the third season isn't as childish as the second; the first season was very strong on all fronts, especially in that mid seaosn break when the producers completely upped the ante; love that Gibbs is a bastard and knows it; was amused by the revelation re: his second wife and Fornell. That was an awesome break. Am looking forward to Ziva David and the repercussions of the S2 finale but will definitely miss Sasha Alexander. I'm more partial to her than Weatherly's DiNozzo (give me Weatherly's smart, sophisticated Logan Cale any day).

So, yeah. Two weeks, two seasons. I'm ready to put this one to rest, though. Now I'm working through Bones. Temperance is...man. Although I do like her "I don't know what that means" response to everything under the sun.

Hurrah! Yeah, I love all the Gibbs and Abby scenes; I didn't actually skip S2, I watche dit. I only skipped through the episode after Bikini Wax when DiNozzo and Todd are taunting each other with photos. I couldn't make myself watch. But cranky Gibbs!

Me too! I've been looking for good pre-series fic that introduces them but apparently finding any good fic is hard enough. Le sigh.
