DUDE. FUCK YEAH.

I was wondering what the shit was going on with the dialogue (way to bring the unintentionally funny Scriptors) and then there was the emo angsting which I'm actually all for (and yes, thank you, that flip around, the way the boys' positions are changed: such a good idea) and then there was the part when THE SHADOWS ATTACKED THEM AGAIN HOLY SHITZU!

And Daddy Winchester! [Who, btw, totally cute on GA]. And odd blonde girl, what is your voice about? And people who cut Jared's hair: what, did you just stick a bowl on his head? That being said, way to rock the screen Jared. That whole holding-dad's-shoulder? DUUUUUDE. For real. You did good.

And Jensen. The scene when Dean wants his family to stay his family? And the scene when he works it out, that they can't be with Daddy Winchester? Ackles totally won those scenes. Really tightly played. Fantastic control, excellent execution of emotion.

Mostly I'm impressed that the show made me jump THREE times and I didn't even call any of the plot points. Have a cookie, SPN folks, have two.

Meanwhile: so going to bed now. Btw, updated trailers for A Scanner Darkly are up. Fans of Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, Robert Downey Jnr, and RORY COCHRANE (HELL YEAH), should totally check it out. And make sure you click trailer 2 because it's better. [For all the people on this flist who do not care for Ryder, Downey Jnr. and/or Cochrane, just be sure never to tell me so. I mean, ok, I get it but what I don't get is HOW CAN YOU NOT LIKE DOWNEY JNR?!] Also, they've made a modern-day teen-crap version of Twelfth Night with some stupid title like "He's a girl!" or some such crap and I want anyone with a shred of intelligence to recognise this for the BULLSHIT that it is and actively BOYCOTT THIS ABOMINATION. Seriously, guys, I was distressed when I saw this trailer.
