Oh thank fuck. We've had no electricity this morning because they shut off the mains. I need to invest in batteries for my hi-fi because the silence is unbearable. Thank god the laptop can run on a battery for three hours or so or I would have lost my nut. Anyway, got a few notes written up, not to mention a whole letter, so yay me! Need to go and do my LTC translation now (yawn) and then start my critical commentary work for real but that's not so bad. It's all Freud this week and I'm having psy. lesson flashbacks so it's all good.

Hopefully they'll turn the heat on now because it's bloody cold. Where are my socks?
