I had cereal, yay!

Ahem. The bad thing about this calendar The Mother gave me for Christmas is that it really makes me want to bring some of these 'lost' English words back into fashion. For example, "pluvial" makes total sense to me. I did GCSE French. Il pleuvait = it rained. Thus, pluvial - "pertaining to rain; rainy". We should all use the word pluvial. "Rather pluvial today, isn't it?" "Yes, rather!"

Watching Numb3rs so late was a bad idea, not just because I couldn't get to sleep afterwards but because I went to sleep a little sad. The scene when the guy killed himself - and everyone's reactions to it - was so well done. I just wish that I hadn'tguessed it out so quickly. I hate it when that happens. All of the aftermath was beautiful though - Don's stress, coming home to those photos; David and Colby; David going to the community center. Really well put together.

Don's gum fetish has not passed me by. Sometimes it's in character, sometimes it's irritating. He was very casual with his pose last night, although it was David episode, really. Subtly done, too. I enjoyed that. I hate the black stereotyping but that makes sense, too. Does anyone know what that first song was in the episode? Because I could listen to that.

Other nice things: Megan and the widow. That scene was so well played out. Also, Alan's love trials crack me up. Theatre was a good choice :) And AMITA! Where have you been, darling? Please don't get phased out. We miss you. At least, I miss you. And Larry's hair disappeared. Not all of it but you know, enough to surprise me. He looks taller [/shallow]

I'm going to watch that ending again before I walk to campus. I know I said it was sad, and it is but I also connected to those scenes so that says something, right? So, doing that, then going to campus. Back at six.
