Oct. 28th, 2005 07:11 pmTonight, we watch Donnie Darko (again): yay! This will prevent me from emailing people in a sleep deprived state. This is a good thing. A very good thing. Firstly though, pictures of my room :)

The flash didn’t go off properly but you can still get the gist of the room. Mine’s one of the smaller ones because the loo cuts into it a bit but I like it well enough. Can be quite cosy.

Check out the laptop and the fridge! Shiny! I binned a lot of redundant post its last night so usually there are more than the four or five that you can see. And – of course – my Tomato Nation screensaver. Woo!

Bookshelf and books. And photos that make me happy when I’m about to tumble headfirst into Freaking Out. More post its.

My sink, without which I wouldn’t be able to wash up because trying to navigate the sink in the kitchen can be a difficult and dangerous task. Peach dilute because it is lovely.

My wall, yay! I brought all those quotes with me. They used to be on my bedroom door but I figured they’d make me feel more at home if I brought them here. I kinda need to move them if I want to put up my DeathCab poster but that will probably take too much effort.
My bed and Rusty The Dog. Yes, I did bring all of my calendars with me. Oh shaddup!
The big windowsill which is basically another shelf now. I was going to buy cushions for the seat but it’s too cold. Anyway, I need somewhere to put my kettle and my shoes, duh. The cute stereo was a birthday present that I am endlessly grateful for because it is the only clock (watches don’t count) that I brought with me. Also, when I did not have my music, it gave me Radio2! Which made me feel more at home, yay!
My desk & shelf. Again.
The kitchen! And that is my friend, Berlinda, from China. She’s a postgrad (ooh) and a lot of fun.
Aw, Rachel! In Rachel’s awesome room! Pretending to do work with her wireless keyboard! Rachel is the very awesome person who let me use her camera to take photos. So Rachel gets a photo all to herself. Yay!
