I don't think I can truly express how grateful I am that the bill didn't pass the vote in the commons today. I have this tightly wound anxiety about it; it was a complete violation of Habeas Corpus but also, it would set us off in a direction that's frightening. That being said, the government is once again showing weakness and I'm not sure that's much good, either. /politicky

In other news, remembered to send my dad a birthday card, remembered to text my uncle. Wrote up notes. Oh, woke up at 11.30, which means that I got proper sleep even though I hit the sack at 3am after coming back from the dinner and dance (fun, after all was said and done) and then decided to write some emails. So, yes, sleep. And notes were written up, although I have more to do; I need to finish the notes, the sonnet, find my essay title - do my reading, dammit.

But, yes. I feel good. I had some interesting conversations today and was given a ton of music by various people. Am going home mid-week next week (yay), and then going shopping with V on Saturday, staying at hers that night and getting a lift the next day! So that should be good. And I'm stopping in at school whilst I'm at home. I need to make sure I do my poetry stuff before I leave otherwise I'm going to be screwed.
