Continuity! How cute was it that the cafe Mac had breakfast in? The same one Stella found him in last week when she chewed him out for reopening that case. Thus, the implication would be, Mac goes to this cafe for breakfast a lot. Whilst I dislike the idea of 'Rose' (she'skillingmyshipomigod) I'm not outraged by it and I think it was pretty clever of the writers to make it so that Stella was on a date too. That last scene in Taylor's office was the cutest thing I've seen. Let me take a moment to pause and freak out though - SHELDON wants to be in the FIELD? Let me point out that he's the OCME (that is, he holds the position of Office of the Chief Medical Examiner). Technically, he doesn't work for Mac Taylor; nor, may I add, is he a CSI. Wait, I just checked my facts. OCME is the ME particularly under the restraint of the forensic laboratory so, ok, that makes more sense. But still, our recluse wants to go out into the world? Oh no! But then we won't have all that gallows humour! Y'all know that I love Sheldon to pieces but is this really a strength for the character?
I feel a little bad for Danny but I wish they'd resolve the Tanglewood thing already. I also wish that Mac would GIVE HIM A BREAK because dude? That's pretty harsh. Aiden and Flack and the motorbikes was another cute montage (and, again, I WANT HER HAIR). Also, as good as it is to see Aiden in the lab, one has to wonder why she's suddenly been back-benched. In what's actually a pretty neat move, the writer's haven't done an Aiden-centric episode. I anticipate one coming up, but it means that character keeps her cool.
Overall, I cry now because it's over and I had so much fun with the series. I like it a lot. There are times when I look forward to it more than the Vegas original and I always prefer it over Miami. But we have to wait until February! *cries*
In other news, I saw the ads for Grave Danger (The CSI Tarantino-fest), House (WOW. Looks AMAZING) and new Law & Order. It's kinda sad to see Jerry Orbach on screen but brilliant too. Five hasn't shown the SG:A ads yet but they'll be out soon. I'm all fangirled up. All we have to do now is wait for that BB dren (I'm sorry; I can't watch that show anymore) to finish and WaT will be back. Hurrah!
Last night's SVU was interesting because the 'special victim' was a kidnapped baby, as opposed to being an actual sex victim. I thought it was a nice touch. Another great thing about it was that it was Cragen-centric and featured a lot of him and Munch and Cabot. (Is she really made for Family Court? /fanwank). It was well played out, I didn't get bored and Livia seems to have moved past he 'don't come near me' fiasco, so yay!
Today I'm going to be cutting and sticking. Yes, like a five year old. And possibly making as much mess, too.

Lol, you or me?
The thing about giving Stella a date was a fan-pleaser. This way, the fans can't protest that 'Stella should be with Mac' because she's obviously made plans with someone else. It amused me because Mac/Stella is MY ship *is possessive* and this was a cute move.
You know what, you were on my flist. And now...you're not, for some odd reason. *friends
