Sophisticated political drama The West Wing has established itself as one of the cleverest and greatest dramas to come out of America in recent years. So beloved is the series over the pond that President Clinton himself visited the set several times. It is also already a major hit in Britain, with the recently released DVD of Series 5 riding high in the best sellers’ lists. The show will also be one of the flagship programmes on More4, the new Channel 4 freeview digital channel, which launches in October 2005. Two of its Emmy award winning stars, Allison Janney (CJ Cregg) and Richard Schiff (Toby Ziegler), join us to discuss the series.
