ER? Was majorly of the suckage. Well, not so much but I was fairly bored. This is where the entry may get long because I have a whole spiel to say about the stupidity but also relative sense-making-ness of the Neela-is-crushing-Kovac story. I'll cut it so the entry stays short. The storyline is so pathetic and totally cringe-worthy but I have to admit, it does make sense. Think about it this way: Neela is vocationally insecure and very, very obedient. She likes to do as she's told, she likes to be a perfectionist. She was very likely a tutor's dream in school. Now, years later, Luka is taking a vocational interest in her; he's representing to her the ideal and he's helping her. The fact that she is attracted to him has less to do with the fact that he's attractive (although that doesn't hurt) and more to do with the fact that she finds him intellectually stimulating. So, a storyline that is making me cringe is actually fairly accurate. It would be more peculiar if she didn't give a damn. The one thing that gets me is this: why is Luka the one taking the interest? And why now? Oh wait - those scores, right? I know he thinks she's a good student, I know he wants to give her chance but it's not like he really cared so much before. Or did he?

Alias: SpyAuntie is waaay scarier than SpyMommy. And dude, Jack's face at the end was hilarious! Sark's almost-castration amused me as did the scene when Rosellini walks in. Not the best episode we've had but better than last week and enjoyable enough. OK, moving on!

24: Did I mention that I finsihed watching this? And screamed in the bit with Chase? Yeh, I totally yelped. But the ending was so sappy. I preferred ep.23 with Sherry and Gina Torres' character - that was only part of that plot I liked. In conclusion? Hand-chopping-ness = Meish-scream.

CSI: Woo! I quite liked this episode. I don;t think it really matters whether or not it was the hundredth ep. It was an interesting plotline and had room spare for gags too. The case didn't have me screaming blue murder so I'm fairly pleased with it.

DH: Oh, god - YAWN.

And yes, I still miss TWW. Come baaack!

Yay for brevity! Term ended today; going to see Miss Congeniality: 2 tomorrow and then Constantine so expect a rant or two :).

Oh, also? I won £20! For a poem that I can't remember having entered into a competition that happened two years a go. But yay!
