I have never taken Lost seriously in that I get a kick out of just how insane it is, but guys, I had ~issues with this week's episode. Massive issues! Why do I even care at this point in the game, when I haven't up until now? SIGH.

Also, I once again skipped most of Glee (embarrassing! I can't deal with it) but I did love a) everything that is Quinn Fabray (where. is. she. living?) and b) the closing number. Terrible ballet! Excellent.

I have been mini-marathoning Fringe in an attempt to catch up before season end. That is likely not going to happen, but I still love this show! Mostly I love ASTRID MOTHERFUCKING FARNSWORTH and Walter Bishop (plus handwriting) but I am also quite fond of Olivia and also any episode that features Sam Weiss.

No, that isn't just you! I have a box fetish -- I sometimes buy things because I like the box they come in -- and it is awful when I find that the things I used to store in a certain box plus some new thing that obviously belong with them, due to logic that may be peculiar to me, does not fit in the box as well.

I do occasionally have discussions with people about how the alphabet goes, but that is because I am Swedish and they are not: we have 28 letters in the Swedish alphabet -- the normal ones plus 3 extra vowels 'å', 'ä' and 'ö' placed at the end. You may notice that this would make 29 letters if you start with the English alphabet. However, we count 'v' and 'w' as the same letter, since both letters have the same sound value (that of the letter 'v' in English) and no native words except names are spelled with 'w'. For some reason we haven't rationalized 'q' despite the fact that the latter is true of that letter as well... That may have been more alphabet geekery than you bargained for at this time of the morning, sorry

i'm really kind of annoyed at how this season feels so disconnected from last season. it's all well and good to realise that a particular story had dominated the show, but how is the answer to just drop it entirely?!

Ugh Fringe, I'm so behind and I just rewarded myself with an ep and it was terrible. My disappointment knows no bounds. But it sounds like it gets better?
