Today was spent doing battle with butter, as well as tape and paper. I actually love wrapping gifts, but I met some obstacles today. Namely:

My BFF, xanitia. Still the craziest person I will ever have the fortune to know. Why yes, that is a snowflake she's using as a mask. And yes, that is a paper hat over a Santa cap. ♥

Tomorrow I am going to have to do the unthinkable: venture into the city centre. I'm going to try and go as early as possible so as to avoid the chaos but I'm not looking forward to it. If you don't hear from me ever again you'll know the mob got me.

She's so crazy. We made her put the party hat on before she left the house to visit her brother. Then her brother wasn't home so she came back to ours, and I was half through a sentence when I burst out laughing - she was that hilarious to look at! *loves*

UGH. I'm taking the 8am bus, which should get me there at 8.20. I think the shops won't even be open? But fuck it, I'm camping outside. All of my shopping is done, actually, but I need to sort something else out. I wouldn't go if it wasn't imperative. THINK BRAVE THOUGHTS OF ME.

Oh, also, NCIS marathon! If you can't do Friday, do you want to try for Tues6th instead? I can't do the weekend or Monday, unfortunately. I'd like to make a full day of it if at all possible.
