I'm guessing the implication is that Ziva's involved with her partner in Mossad? I mean, he's supposed to be at the club at the start of 6x01, which is why he's with Ziva and Eli when Gibbs calls. But I didn't twig that it was him when DiNozzo found the picture. So. Hmmm.
