I'm five minutes into this week's Sarah Connor Chronicles* (yayarms!) and I'm totally into the story except for ONE detail. UGH WHO IS THAT PRETENDING TO BE KYLE REESE? Why is Kyle Reese being made out to be such a whiny loser? How is he younger than the guy who's playing his brother? AND THEY RE-SHOT THE PHOTO FROM THE FILM, LOLS. I don't know what this is! I feel like they've taken Kyle Reese and basically made him into SOMEONE ELSE. Whilst this explains John Connor's tendencies towards whiny and annoying, I find that it is RUINING the character, woeface. Apparently, learning the film canon has made me a wee bit anticipatory, heh.

(*) I don't know why I feel compelled to write that out in full every time, but it makes me feel better.

Didn't make it to the careers' fair, but my seminar was awesome. Then spent an hour in the library. I really, really, really need to work on my dissertation tomorrow so if I don't make a post about how I spent all day on the fifth floor, please: hand me my ass on a plate.

Ugh. Meeting next week about how our degree is calculated, and careers things. UGH UGH UGH. Didn't we do this at the start of the academic year? Why yes, WE DID.
