This post was initially going to be a "UGH REAL LIFE WHY SO WOEFACE" ordeal, but I just saw this icon (by zed_pm) and it made me laugh A LOT, so that put paid to that. (I for on am Super Relieved that there is new Life this week because I am jonesing.)

Am currently watching Band of Brothers because it is awesome, and because I fail at studentia, hurrah. Yes: in that order. Band of Brothers' awesomeness > ALL. (No, in all seriousness, it's a beautiful piece of work, not to mention more than a little -- sometimes I'm watching and I lose my nut a little bit because it is simultaneously terrifying, beautiful and awful, awful, awful, and my brain tries to deal with those three things at the same time. I can't even begin to think about what it was actually like.)

DEAR HOUSEMATE,

I get it, you're ill. Just like the rest of us. But you know what? NONE OF US WOULD BE THIS WAY IF YOU WOULD JUST SUCK IT UP AND POP A COUPLE OF PILLS ALREADY. Medicate, you barmy pain in the ass, and stop reinfecting us just as we get better. I'm sick of feeling my lungs liquidate.
