Woke up late this morning - well, I say late, it was 9am - then spent the rest of my time writing emails. Huzwhat!

My tutor meeting yesterday went very well - my personal tutor is this wonderful Scottish man who taught me for LTC2 last year and is such a kindly man. He made me feel a lot better about my next options, so that was good. My classes were pretty mundane, and I got my On Reading essay back. I did well enough but I would have done better if I'd caught my typos. I'm getting really mad at the keys sticking on this thing. But, whatever. My average for this semester is already up on last semester's.

I should probably read the rest of The Subtle Knife today but I figure I'll do that when I get back from the research skills lecture (yawn). I think The Flatmate and I are watching Stranger Than Fiction tonight, and there's some sort of Mouse-related plan for the weekend. (We decided we were stupid re:duck_cheer because we didn't take them around Soton. So we're going to do that with Mouse instead.

I have some cards from the ever-generous and lovely tigertrapped to pin to my wall, not to mention a slice of poetry by twincy. (I feel like running a poetry-thon, but I'm not going to because that would be many shades of crazy.) And I have cards of my own to send out, yay!

I should obviously never be given free time: I waste it all. Now I have to see if I can actually write these drabbles.
