{ I watched the rains down in Africa. }
Apr. 1st, 2007 01:37 pmSo, the thing in Wembley was a good time. I bought a black top and orange jewelry in P. before picking up my cousin from the station. We left home at 6pm and when we got there, my cousins from N. were already there. The ones from C. turned up a little after us. It was great to see everyone because we haven't met up since Christmas.
The food was brilliant, which is new. Most places normally make crappy vegetarian meals but theirs was great. Then we all migrated to the dancefloor. Totally not enough room, really hot and sweaty, crazy Bollywood and bhangra music (as well as some remixes. Madonna, anyone?) There was this one guy who just walked around with his hands in the air. At one point he put a woollen hat on his hand like a puppet. Wtf?
Anyway, we got home at 3am, I didn't fall asleep for about an hour - woke at midday. Oops? Also, all of my muscles cane something awful, and I've lost my voice. All in all, GOOD TIMES.

Missed Doctor Who but BBC3 is repeating it tonight at 8pm. Might just sit down at 7pm and watch Doctor Who: The Runaway Bride again because (a) it's on and (b) it's hilarious.

Argh! Dissertation! Reading! ARGH! Except not for another week. I need to at least start the annotated bibliography right now but that would mean coming to a decision on my dissertation which: not cool.
(T and N used to know this girl who used to answer everything with, "that's cool" or "that's not cool". Now we can't stop doing it ourselves.)
