This is my attempt at being spritely. This is of course difficult when I went to bed at 1am and woke at 6, but there you go.

I found a solution to my reading concentration woes - I'm now reading with music on. Admittedly, the reason I turn the music off normally is because it's distracting but now it's enough of a background hum to stop my brain from falling asleep. This morning, before the film screening, I'm going to read some Virginia Woolf because I spent so long on Ulysses last night. (This is a good thing because I've worked out a way to get basically caught up? That's if I have discipline today.) I have a screening at 9 which should finish at around 11, then a screening for af. lit. at 2pm. I'm going to stay at the uni and read, and if I start to fall asleep, I'm going to switch books. There's extra reading that I'm supposed to d, so maybe I can research some stuff for Nightwood. Hmm. There's an idea.

The new internet explorer browser is freaking me out with its lack of buttons that I recognise and new-found faux-shiny. Also: I am considering spending these early portions of the day watching fannish things except then I think I'll be late getting out of the house. (But I have a GREAT NEED to watch the new Atlantis. I haven't yet so I'd appreciate cuts for spoilers. I do the same for you, yo.)

OK. Spritely. Working on being spritely. Or at least not so AIE! WOE! ARGH! as I have been recently.
