One of the things that happened last night? I found a tenner in my calendar box. ?! Happy. (If I could just find my watches, now, everything would be made of shiny.)

Later we went our to The Talking Heads pub where they have this open-mic thing on Mondays. Some of it was atrocious. Some of it was amazing. I don't feel at all ashamed that I ditched reading for that. IT WAS AWESOME.

Last night I had a lot more to say but the net was down so I couldn't update. Now I can't remember what there was that was so important. I'm going to leave the house at 8 for Af. Lit. for which, this week, there is thankfully no reading. There is a screening of The Battle of Algiers on Wednesday, though. Hmm.

I still haven't seen this Friday's Numb3rs.

Yay for found money! I just found 25 dollars in an old PayPal account I pretty much abandoned ages ago. (You're in the UK right? So 10 pounds isn't too far off from 25 US dollars.) /grins/
