Ha! I totally read one third of The Beautyful Ones Are Not Yet Born this morning. Yay for actually productivity!

Anyway, now I'm screencapping Numb3rs (3x08, Hardball) and I remembered two things I didn't mention earlier this week. Firstly, poor Diane Farr had a cold when filming this. Illness + pregnancy = :( Secondly, there's that brilliant scene where Megan's all, hey, twenty minutes ago I was in jimjams, watching Blazing Saddles, WHAT GIVES?! And Larry's all, those PJs? AND THEN IT IS VERY AWKWARD, especially when Megan gives him this look. So, so funny! Other things that I noticed - something of a general trend recently - the driection is so boring! Even in the exposition scenes. You know those scenes that look really awesome, those ones on the bridge? When they're all pedeconferencing? OK, I get why David and Colby are there, because they've just come in from interviewing someone. But considering up to those points in the episodes Don has not been seen to be doing anything, and he has nothing to contribute to the discussion other than, ok, well, get on that, WHY IS HE ON THE BRIDGE? Seriously, where is he coming from? Visually those scenes are awesome because it looks like everyone is busy, and it takes place outdoors so it seems like they are all on the move but yo: wtf Don Eppes?

That wasn't a complaint, by the way, just a realisation.

Anyway, back to the rest of the episode. Oh, did anyone see last week's Bones? With Hodgins and Zack and the punch fest? And Emily Deschanel working the act? (She and Boreanaz have crazy chemistry, which is why that pairing works so well, I think. I really wonder what Deschanel is like in real life because I don't think she's anything like Brennan. Her character and Zooey's in Weeds would not get along, right? But they both have these voices... Anyway. Zack! And Hodgins! YAYZ. On top of that, I'm half way through last week's CSI and I watched The Unit because I was impatient. It's probably not a great sign that I have no want to see either Veronica Mars or Supernatural. I think I may be dropping both in the near future.

Um. OK. I need to make some more toast. Considering that's just about all I'm living on, it surprises me that I'm not sick of it yet.

oh, i vaguely remembered something with m but not meisha. it's doing something weird, i add someone, and then i sign out and sign back in again, and it dropped someone else. what is that all about?!!? am i still showing up for you?
