Point of View is the season 3 episode where an AU Sam Carter and Major Kowalski come through the quantum mirror in order to escape death in their reality. Kowalski was a character that featured in the SG movie and died in the second episode of the television series.

The AU Sam Carter was not in the military and was married to Jack O'Neill. Kowalski unintentional reveals this to everyone in the briefing room and everyone silently wigs out.
