{ picspam: Sandra Bullock }

It's no small secret that I am a crazy Thandie fangirl but one of my other obsessions that I rarely talk about is Sandra Bullock. The Lake House has rekindled my love for her and also reminded me how much I loved Speed. I also really love the calm, friendly chemistry between her and Keanu Reeves.

So, it's time to redress the balance and picspam Sandra. The first few are of her with Keanu - two very early pictures of them from when they were promoting Speed (baby!Keanu; Sandra looks the same!) and then some more recent ones, mostly watermarked except for two from the Oscars.

Awww. Happy!spam :) And now some of Sandra herself. I guess she's not as traditionally beautiful as, say, Charlize Theron or Nicole Kidman*, but Sandra Bullock's been making fantastic movies (repeatedly) since before either of those actresses were even known. And she's versatile too; dramas, comedies, thrillers - she's done them all. She's a powerhouse, frankly, and completely underappreciated in my opinion.

*Against my own wishes, I'm fairly enamoured of Kidman as a high quality actor. She, too, is excellent at her job. As a result, one of my favourite movies ever? Practical Magic of course! And that's got Goran Visjnic in it. *fangirls*
ETA: It should really go without saying that Crash (Thandie and Sandra omg) is also a must-watch movie.

I love Sandy and Keanu together. I think I would go see any kind of movie if they were both in it. It's a crime that there's only two!

Sandra and Keanu are great together! Love them since Speed! And Sandra is such a sweetheart. So down to earth. And I think she's really beautiful.

Yeah, she's both down-to-earth and beautiful; the former is a must-have in the actresses I fangirl.

And Keanu's latest movie has Winona Ryder (omg; ok, not so down-to-earth but amazing all the same) and Rory Cochrane ♥ :)
