So, out of the twenty questions listed, I have to answer two; I figure I'll answer one question on Cixous and feminism, and another on de Saussure and structuralism. Or not. Anyway, leaving that until tomorrow. Am planning and reading today so not entirely unproductive.

Oh, found a perfect dress and skirt in town today - actually I found five dresses but four of them were in Wallis which, you know, I love but is just too far out of budget. I didn't buy either the dress or the skirt, though, because I figured if I shop with The Mother, she can help me out fiscally. Then I was a good girl and bought some bread (fresh, yum), a green pepper and some chillies which I will cook tonight, huzzah. Real food. Be proud of me. I also bought a waffle (yes, a single one; I wanted to see what it would be like), another 1.5 litre bottle of water (I binned the other one, wtf) and this month's In Style magazine in which there are the most awesome pictures of Thandie Newton. Artcile says same old, same old but still, worth my money. It occurs to me that I really don't fangirl anyone or anything in the way that I do Thandie...and I don't really care, either. She is too superb.

Ooh, a friend sent me some music today - some Athlete and some Nickel Creek. I'm swimming in music this week, it's fantastic! And the sky outside my window? CLOUDLESS AND BLUE, hell yes. What is with the world this week? This is madness. So I use this icon, possibly for the last time, because Don looks hot in shades.
