{ CSI: NY, 2x24, Charge of This Post }
May. 19th, 2006 12:09 pmI had this theory that I didn't voice and in hindsight, probably should have. Still, viable now. So, my theory? Last season was about repairing Mac, this season was about shaking the foundations, testing them. Everyone close to him has been hit. Where do we go next?
And, I'd just like say, YES, CSI FRANCHISE, YOU ARE APPARENTLY OUT TO KILL ME. FLACK?! AND THAT LAST SCENE! "Squeeze my hand, Don." OMG. OMG! I don't think I could deal with Flack dying.
The camera work this episode was amazing, not to mention whatever filter it was that they were using. Shame that as soon as I saw Eion Bailey I knew it was him (stunt casting, yo) but this episode was about so much more than his bomb plot. Went really quickly, too, which I wasn't expecting. IS IT SEASON 3 YET?
Now excuse me whilst I squee over the Mac/Stella scene. Oh shut up.
"I'm glad you stayed."
"Mac, that's what we do. We take care of each other."
I fucking LOVE my OTP. That was worth waiting all freakin' season for, trust me. And the look on Mac's face at the very end, all that relief? Goddammit.
In other, related news, I so have to write that Mac&Gibbs fic.
