Stupid, stupid me

Firstly, I'm stupid because I have another hundred odd icons to post. D'oh. Why do I do this to myself?

Secondly because I hate watching rape-issue episodes of my favourite crime shows. Well, I don't hate them but they freak me the hell out (re: The Shield last week - I still haven't brought myself around to watching this week's episode cos I'm all shuddery. the tape sits on the VCR taunting me. But I think that's more to do with one of the character's being assaulted rather than it being a usual 'rape victim' case which is what freaked me out all the more). You know what one of my favourite shows right now is? That's right, L&O: SVU. A show about sex crimes and abuse. I'm so stupid.

Also, I loved this week's CSI S4 repeat. Guess what happened? A girl was attacked/assaulted. It was a Sara-centric as those episodes usually are. But they freak me the hell out. 'Too tough to Die' is my all time favourite CSI episode and that one's a about a woman who ends up comatose because she was attacked!

On a more seriosu note, it is a big deal. We need to teach kids from a young age to respect one another. We need to stop young boys turning into hard-hearted bastards by showing them how to respect girls and women. That is the first step to sorting thsi out. Stop the violence whilst they're young.

Also watched some of Three Kings last night which is way funnier than it should be right now. Taped a film with 'Large' from L&O: Little and Large in it - i.e. Vincent D'Onofrio. Also, Keanu Reeves. Yep, it's all about the eye candy. You know what? I hate that phrase. The phrase 'eye-candy' is abhorrent. I hate it.

Now going to look for more delightful West Wing quotes to put on my icons. So, so stupid.
