Five by Five TV Fandom Meme

List five fandoms [Doesn't have to be your very favourites, but just 5 of them] to discuss. Answer the questions listed. Post in your LJ - spread the word!

A) List Five of your TV Fandom Favourites:

Um. OK. CSI:NY, L&O, Alias, Numb3rs & Spooks. (Not my favourites, just five).

1. Which makes you cry the most? L&O. When Schiff's wife dies. (What? It made me cry)
2. Which makes you laugh the most? CSI:NY/Numb3rs
3. Which makes you gasp out loud/talk to your TV the most? CSI:NY (mostly it's just - wtf are you doing?!)
4. Which do you do the most art for? Numb3rs
5. Which will/do you miss the most? CSI:NY

B) For each of your favourites, list the following:

1. Favourite Episode(s): Creatures of the Night (NY, 102); Corruption (L&O, 705); Rendezvous (Alias, 121 - omg, Will!); Uncertainty Principle/Identity Crisis (Numb3rs, 102/108); Traitor's Gate/Spiders/I Spy Apocalypse (Spooks, 104/203/205 - tbh, most of S2)
2. Favourite Character: Sheldon Hawkes (NY); Jamie Ross/Lennie Briscoe (L&O); SPYMOMMY! Ahem. Irina (Alias); Don Eppes (Numb3rs); Tom Quinn (Spooks)

NY
3. Favourite Premiere: Blink. Regardless of the fact that it’s the only premiere NY has had, it’s a pretty damn brilliant premiere compared to most running shows. It’s damn scary too.
4. Favourite Finale: There’s only been one! And, ok.
5. Why have you chosen it as a favourite? Because NY houses my new otp, Stella/Mac, not to mention the lovely Hakes. And it’s twenty times better than Miami, I love all the characters, I love the city and mostly, I have fun watching it.

L&O
3. Favourite Premiere: Hmm. I don’t know. Probably S8. No reason.
4. Favourite Finale: OMG! When Jamie leaves and McCoy’s about to see the council and OMG THE TENSION!
5. Why have you chosen it as a favourite? L&O rocks my socks. It’s a procedural drama that sticks to its foundations and doesn’t wander off into soapdom. I love that. And anyway, McCoy and Briscoe are both awesome.

Alias
3. Favourite Premiere: The Enemy Walks In (201) - uh, hello? SPYMOMMY.
4. Favourite Finale: Almost 30 Years (S1) – OHNOES DON’T DIE VAUGHN!
5. Why have you chosen it as a favourite? Alias is camp. I’m sorry, it totally is. But it’s full of super!spies and cool gadgets/clothes. And pretty people. What more could you want?

Numb3rs
3. Favourite Premiere: There’s only been the one. But there was that whole sequence with the sprinkler which was cool. It’s better than it sounds, I swear.
4. Favourite Finale: Manhunt; again, the only one. But the end scene? When they’re playing chess? HAHAHA. I love the Eppes family.
5. Why have you chosen it as a favourite? Because I’m an ubergeek and because it’s amusing, occasionally tense and exploits the hell out of one of my weaknesses – the family. Love. (Not to mention Rob Morrow, of course).

Spooks
3. Favourite Premiere: S3, actually (name?) OMG TOM!
4. Favourite Finale: S1 (again, name?) OMG TOM! (for different reasons)
5. Why have you chosen it as a favourite? Spooks is a rare thing – a BBC show that I can stomach. OK, S3 blew quite hard in places but the first two seasons were fairly awesome. *sigh* Bring on S4.
