So, yesterday I watched this week's BSG and the first two episodes of WaT S3. First off, outrage. Sam & Martin? Knock it the frak off, please. I do not want to see that. Not only is it wrong but it's also fanitly pathetic. *sigh* I feel bad for Vivian getting knocked around especially considering she was right this time around. That being said, Jack's storyline is also quite sad. YAY! for Timothy Busfield. A beardless Busfield, actually. Oh and the nurse in the second episode is that woman who turns up randomly all over dodge. She was in Point Pleasant this year and something else ages a go. She's a brilliant actress who deserves more work. Oh, poor Danny. He always gets thwacked around, doesn't he?

Oh, the cases? The first one was... oh! The blind girl. That was actually quite good. Her worker/helper woman (Louisa) was one of the Slayerettes in the last season of BtVS. I think she was Kennedy, actually but I didn't liek her in that role so I don't care that much. The rape storylines always freak me out but this one was fairly graphic in trying to explain what had happened. *shuddered* The second story was sad, with the couple who had bombed the abortion clinic years before. Like I said, the actress who played the nurse is brilliant and deserves to have more work. The guy who played her husband was the one who played Cooper in the Numb3rs finale.

I don't have a lot to say about BSG except Kara's storyline was so so creepy when it finally came out. Lee is bugging me a tiny bit but The Prez's face was brilliant when he switched that tape off. Classic. The ending was really well played out. All the human stuff is so well do by this show. I'm just glad we don't have to watch the Ellen-Tigh-is-Lady-Macbeth shit anymore. So over that.

Tonight we're going bowling so I need to top up the credit on my phone and get some cash out. Hopefully The Mother will oblige. I'm also going to watch the LOST pilot, at last. I need to watch it before tomorrow. I should probably watch last week's L&O so I can tape over it with tonight's episode.

On a randomly musical note, The Ditty Bops are oddly catching, even if their music is inane. I've been humming Sister Kate all day. It makes a nice change after all that bangra music on Sunday. I spent this morning singing whilst I wrote out rakhi letters to all my cousin brothers. I tied Kiran and Jaina's on Sunday but I left everyone elses. Since Sunday, I've had a gold bangle fetish so I'm wearing my new ones all the time now. I think my wrists have shrunk though because I'm normally a 2,6 size but these ones don't fit me. I told The Mother that these must be a 2,8 because they slip a little but we tried them up against my usual size and they're the same. Hmm, how odd. And The Family will descend on our little patch in The Middle Of Nowhere on Bank Holiday Sunday. Not Saturday because that's Janmashtami and The Rents want to BBQ except you can't on that day because it's a no-meat day. My family laugh at me because I was born (in the Indian calendar) on the last day of the fasting month (Shrawan) and so when that month falls (different time every year - lunar calendar) those who fast don't eat meat. And of course, I'm a vegetarian so that makes people laugh. Anyway, The Family will be here in a couple of weeks. It's going to be madness.

Eee! Crash tomorrow! (And The Island). I've been waiting so long! And then results on Thursday. God. It feels like yesterday I was telling my flist that I wasn't coming online for a week so that I could revise.
