ETA: Oh! wliberation, I almost forgot. We saw a trailer today for Happy Feet - an animation that is apparently about singing penguins. Seriously, could our lives be a bigger in-joke? [Tip: skip the intro trailer to the website, go to video and watch the first trailer. omg]. Also: it's so wrong that I don't have a nun/penguin icon. I will have to rectify this.

In other news, was woken up by the house alarm today - the internal buzzer on the console, not the siren outside. Then I got ready and worked in the store for a couple of hours before going to the bank and walking home. I've had The Magnificent Seven running through my head all morning. No, seriously, whole episodes playing out. It's like having a biological iPod; it's so weird.

With my time off I'm...going to be doing a bit of studying, probably just the lecture, bible and related research. And whilst they're out, I can collect and sort out last year's books and then look at Amazon and figure out how I can sell them. Then I'm going to read Lolita because the due date is tomorrow.

Finally, tonight is The Motorcycle Diaries, yay!

It is time to end the whinging; look forward to it returning in September. Anyway, I've been watching Sports Night and I only have three episodes left. It's rare for me to look at a series and say "I wish there'd been more of this," mostly because I think if there had been more, it would have been messed up. This is why I'm glad Firefly was so short, and The Magnificent Seven. But Sports Night? There should have been more of this, really. Anyway, only three episodes to go, ohnoes. That said, I'm about to watch Deadwood because I really need a new fandom.

I think I'm alone in saying that I really could not give less of a damn about House. I stopped watching towards the end of the first series because I didn't have access to it but I'm finding that even though I could catch up now, I don't really want to. I really don't care. Which... whatever. Also, there are Stargate and Doctor Who pictures out, the former of which is making me flail whilst the latter is producing a sense of "meh".

In conclusion: I want to watch a cartoon. Hmm.
