{ we are not perfect }

I'm totally not in the Miami fandom anymore (and, can I just say, it's doing wonders for my fragile TV sensitivities, not having to watch people pander to that irritating man anymore) but these new promo pictures are awesome. The site also features S3 promos that I'd never seen before and I totally stole Rory.

In other news, last night's Spooks was so very good and I didn't have to yell at Martine McCutcheon even once, which makes it a good day, I guess. Dude, I totally didn't watch L&O last night, either. I feel no remorse over that, which I guess is sad. Today I'm off to see Red Eye. I'm supposed to go to town to buy some spices but I'll leave that a day, I think. Instead, I'll go to... uh, town (the city? not really) early and maybe get some shopping in before I meet up with crouchingmajor. Maybe.

Right now I need to get a glass of hot water to drink before ranting about something else.

I've been out quite a bit today. This morning I went to the market where I bought some earrings which I wasn't planning to do but they matched my necklace so that was nice. I was supposed to go to Bourne this morning but that feel through because I didn't get up in time. I'll have to go tomorrow instead.

I went to see Red Eye with crouchingmajor; the movie is unintentionally hilarious. Cillian Murphy is unfortunately dire in the role although the actress (Rachael McAdams?) gave quite a strong performance. I was particuarly envious of her hair. /shallow

Afterwards, we walked back to town where I tried to find powdered sandalwood and rose water. I'll have to go to Bourne tomorrow because I couldn't get them in town. Also went to Woolies to buy stationary! Bought some biros (black & blue), 3 A4 pads (200 sheets each), 4 H pencils (not HB because I find them too soft), 3 ringed notepads and two rulers. *sigh* I feel happy now, lol. How odd. Oh, also bought VO5 hot oils from Superdrug.

So, tomorrow, go to buy those damn spices! Then CLEAN THIS DAMN DESK because it is so awful and full of junk. I can't stand it. It's making me claustrophobic. I also need to get more passport-sized photos done. Lot's to do; just the way I like it.
