RL. OK. Revision is not really happening. Guys, if I fail? Feel free to tell me 'I told you fucking so' because this is going to be all my own fault.

So, solution? Am taking myself to the library next week and basically living there. Yeh.

This week's DH tied things up wonderfully and I'll freely admit - that last scene? I totaly squealed because that's when everything (all the frayed story ends and even Mary Alice's VO) came together. So much fun was had for once. But! I'd still like for Zana to shoot Susan. I only really watch this show for Felicity Huffman. Anyway, I'm going to make a conscious effort to get over this fandom next year because like I don't have enough shit to be doing.

Murphy's Law still isn't as good as it's supposed to be and I'm still watching it. However, it is suspenseful which is one thing BBC drama is actually pretty good at pulling off. I'm now watching for the new story arc as opposed to what I expect from the series so actually, it's like have a brand new fandom. I feel like I should dig out my old Murphy icon. But not until he gets rid of that ridiculous facial hair. Fucking Foo.

Last night's NY disappointed me because I thought it was going to finally explain to us about Danny and Tanglewood and then it totally didn't. In fact, The Sister and I worked out the story within the first act. As for the B-case - OK, I can't believe I'm saying this because Mac/Stella forevahh y'all but please, let's split up these pairings and give the script some life again. PLEASE. Their case was interesting but Danny The Prick? Not all that much with the fun to watch. I have enough of a time trying to pay attention when Eddie Cahill is bitching around on the screen. Oh, amusing tidbit - caught three minutes of the Friends episode when Ross and Joey get stuck on the roof? Well, the guy Rachel's kissing? Eddie Cahill. Heh.

Anyway, put simply, I wasn't all that interested in the B-plot. Now, yes, the A-plot was guessable but still had its moments. Like when Stella was playing with destroying the guns. But honestly - who the hell wrote this shit this week that they had Stella bouncing off the walls and Mac reeling her in? Poor characterisation, yo.

On the upside, CI was fantastic last night. The whole idea of clans and tribes was really interesting and whilst that teen and his dad were complete saps, they disappeared quickly from the episode and left us to look at the wonder that is William Sadler (he played the Aplha Dog, as Goren so crassly put it). He was the guy who played Valenti Snr. in Roswell and whilst the show wasn't brilliant or even close to, Sadler was awesome. The end of that episode was so well executed and it wasn't even a stretch of the imagination to get to that end point. This is why I love the L&O verse so damn much - because the stoies alway smake sense. Sometimes they're a bit of a stretch but sometimes they're just pure detective drama and they never fall back. I can't believe there's only 2 more weeks left!

Amusingly, Eames had a fetish for the word 'adorable yesterday. Her sarcasm was so on the ball ('You see I was with her last night' 'You see, we knew that already' - much love for Erbe).

House starts this week ([livejournal.com profile] tigertrapped, I have the tapes ready and will not tape anything else on them so I can get them out to you asap). I think L&O: Mothership starts in a fortnight which is going to be so awesome! No more Schiff, though :( Ach, I'll get over it. And to do that, I will rewatch Numb3rs. Once I done some actual revision. *kicks self*
