Yay eder nay
Apr. 6th, 2005 02:06 pmSo, looks like Garner's hoping to see things from a different perspective. (Warning: Alias spoilers). Which is great, especially as the show's being renewed for a new season :)
Also, yay for Brit sci-fi-ers. It's about time too.
The race has begun for election. After November, you'd think I'd have somethig intelligent to say about politics in my own country, but seriously? I don't. Regardless of whether or not I can vote this year (and I assure you, I can't) I'm still very confused as to what good an election would do for us. I'm fairly certain the Lib Dems don't stand a chance and if you'd asked me a year or so a go, I would have told you that Labour were a shoe in. I'm not so sure anymore. I know the Countryside Alliance is likely to vote Tory, what with the hunt ban and the rest of it. Whilst my own views on fox hunting have changed I don't know if I'd use that to sway my political opinion. It seems to me that whichever party we vote for, we're always voting to the right. Whatever happens, you'd better believe I'll be reading this pretty damn carefully.
Oh, saw TBJ 102 today. Love Bebe Neuwirth so so much. And Jamie! (I will never get over the state of Carey Lowell's hair - did you see her in Big Apple? Guh). I still adore her though. I can't wait for the Mothership/SVU/TBJ x-ova.
Dude, I can't understand France. I'm sure the people there are lovely and there's a legitimate reason for the row but still.

Yay for India. This is a good thing for so many people over there. I know family members who live in the gams (villages) and electricity will change their lives. Also, for everyone who thought the economy would be hit by last year's elections? Nah :p. Let's just hope it doesn't collapse.
