So, I went to the cinema with my friend and saw a movie about pigeons, today. It was a kid's flick but I don't think half of them got it. Ricky Gervais starred, as did Ewan McGregor. Wickedly funny (in a five-year-old sort of way) and I think the only coherent thing I can say in response is:

SABOTAGE!

ETA: Guys, I really need a head count on this. Thanks.

Ricky Gervais and Ewan McGregor? And pigeons? *grin* What movie was this?

And an answer to your question: It depends. If it's really critical of the Pope, I would wait a bit. If it just mentions him or neutrally observes the situation, fire away. Something in between... Well, you know, it depends on what you mean by "has to do with the Pope's death".

Seriously, I have not got a clue. My friend rang me up and asked if I wanted to go see a movie. It was an animation about carrier pigeons in World War II. Ewan McGregor was a little pigeon who wanted to be a hero. It had John Cleese in it too! So, so bizarre.

As for the Pope story... well, it's based on a reaction to... ok, can I send it to you? It's only a couple of pages, less even. (It's linked to that Spooks fic I write earlier this year).

Heh, that's sounds quite interesting, actually.

Yeah, send it away. And oh, I was supposed to read something else by you, wasn't I? *facepalm* Sorry, I completely forgot. Now, where did I put it...
